A native of the planet Beta III, Reger was part of the resistance movement that fought against the rule of Landru. He provided a refuge to Captain kirk's officers when they visited the planet in 2267. Reger was unsure of his convictions, and ultimately attempted to betray the officers to Landru's forces when they attempted to end his rule. [1]
