Universe : Prime Timeline
Species Name : Skagaran [1]
Quadrant : Alpha

Intelligent species native to the Delphic Expanse. The Skagarans abducted groups of Humans from Earth in circa. 1864 for use as slave labour on a colony world in the Expanse. The Humans rebelled against their masters and overthrew them; unfortunately the Humans then established a legal system in which Skagarans had very few rights and were themselves poorly treated. The Humans and Skagarans began to move towards mutual tolerance in 2154 thanks to the intervention of the NX-01 Enterprise. [1]
