A Klingon, Indizar was a member of the ruling Council of the Klingon Empire in 2265. She had a background in covert intelligence work. Indizar was slimmer and more feminine-looking than Councillor Veselka. [1] In 2266 Indizar met with Ambassador Lugok after his recall from Starbase 47 in order to discuss the apparently declining performance of their agent on the station, Lurqal. [2]
