Captain of the Starship Exeter, Tracey's entire crew was killed by the virus infesting the planet Omega IV. He survived by remaining on the planet, where he believed that the virus had granted the natives and himself eternal life. Tracey used his phaser weapons to fight against the Yangs on Omega, but was defeated by weight of numbers. [1]
