Commander Hansen Al-Salah was a member of Starfleet and commander of Outpost 4 on the Romulan neutral zone in 2258. His son Maat also lived on the station. [1]
Hansen was killed when a new type of Warbird used a powerful plasma weapon to destroy the facility. [2]
