Lieutenant Matthew Arliss Mura was a member of Starfleet and served on the USS Titan as Tactical Officer in 2401, under the command of Captain Liam Shaw. He was on duty when Admiral Picard and Captain Riker were aboard, covertly attempting to find the SS Eleos XII. [1]
