A fierce Capellan warrior, Maab killed his leader Akaar for dealing with the Federation instead of the Klingons. Afterwards Maab came to realise that being leader required a more balanced point of view, especially when Kirk fought and defeated the Klingon representative. Maab led the hunt for Kirk, Spock and McCoy when they escaped his camp with Eleen. He was killed by the Klingon Kras, who used a Federation phaser to vapourise him. [1]
