This planetoid was located in the Idran system, near the Gamma Quadrant end of the Bajoran wormhole. It was class M, though the inhabited part of the surface was unpleasant by Human standards. An unknown species used the planet as a prison, placing prisoners on the surface and using a network of orbital satellite defences to keep spacecraft from landing. In 2369 a Federation Runabout crashlanded on the planet, and Captain Sisko and his party were briefly stranded there. [1]
