Goss was a Ferengi DaiMon who negotiated for the rights to the Barzan wormhole in 2366. He agreed to an elaborate deception in concert with Devinoni Ral to secure the rights for the Chrysallians, in return for free access to the wormhole for his own people. The plot was successful, but the wormhole proved to be stable only at one end. [1]
