TimelineQuotes
Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Vice Admiral Pasalk [1]
Species : Vulcans

Pasalk was a male Vulcan Starfleet officer. He was once a colleague of Sarek, Spock's father, and was strongly disliked by Spock. He was part of the prosecution team in the court martial of Una Chin-Riley in 2259, by which time he had achieved the rank of Vice Admiral. [1]

After unexpectedly joining her arraignment with the Judge Advocate General, he amended. the charges to include sedition. [1]

Prior to the trial, Pasalk visited the USS Enterprise where he sat with Spock in the ship's recreation room, although the two said almost nothing to each other. [1]

During his cross examination of Chin-Riley, he asked how long Christopher Pike had known she was an Illyrian. When she revealed that Pike had known for approximately four months, Pasalk stated that this indicated that Pike, in fact, involved himself in a conspiracy. In Pasalk's closing arguments, he pointed out that the defence wanted wants the court to ignore the facts in favor of emotion. He said that the only important thing today was the law, and that by her own testimony Una had violated that and encouraged Pike to do the same. [1]
