A museum curator for the Kyrian/Vaskan people in the future, Quarren was responsible for explaining the history of his people's encounter with Voyager to visitors. He was greatly disturbed to find a backup copy of Voyager's EMH which revealed that the real history was in fact greatly different from the Kyrian version of it. [1]
