Meridor [1] A blue drink which the Orion trader Harrad-Sar offered to Archer and his officers when they visited his ship in 2154. According to Harrad-Sar, Gorn brewed the best Meridor in five systems. [1]
Marshmallow [2] A type of confectionery that usually made from sugar, water and gelatin whipped to a soft consistency. Kirk, Spock and McCoy consumed marshmallows during a camping trip to the Yosemite area of America in 2285. [2]
Maporian Ale [3] Alcoholic beverage; Grilka liked it with a hint of Pazafer [3]
Martini [4] Alcoholic Earth drink. [4]
Mandisa [5] An Orion alcoholic drink, Mandisa was known for being an aphrodisiac. Sale of Mandisa was illegal within the Federation as of 2265. [5]

In that year Commander Scott attempted to purchase some Mandisa from the Orion merchant and gangster, Ganz. Tired of being asked for the drink, Ganz threatened to have Scotty thrown out of an airlock if he asked for it. Scotty asked Ganz to recommend an exotic alternative instead, and was supplied with a green drink - possibly the one that he would later drink with Tomar in 2368. [5]
