Tuvok tells Neelix to "envision your lungs filled with light", but Neelix has only had one lung since season one's "The Phage". The writers have been fairly careful about this since then, but I just knew they'd forget eventually!
Great Moment :
It was fun watching the supposedly fearless Borg kiddies getting gradually more and more spooked out by Neelix's ghost story.

While it's possible that Neelix's story represents real events which have happened to Voyager, there are several hints that he may be making it up.

Plotline

When Voyager has to power down its systems, Neelix keeps the children happy by telling them a ghost story.
