When Keiko set up the school, she told Sisko that her syllabus would have to be innovative to include all the different viewpoints of the alien races. Yet now she is taking a strictly Federation rationalist line about the Wormhole aliens. Why not teach the subject much as Sisko explains it to Jake, i.e. lay out both sides of the argument?

Plotline

Vedek Winn accuses Keiko of blasphemy when she teaches the stations children about the wormhole aliens. With Major Kira and most of the station population behind Winn, the forces of religious intolerance threaten to engulf the Federations egalitarianism.
