Plotline

The USS Cerritos undertakes on another second contact mission. Mariner decides she wants to clean up the planet, which has been left dirty from their industrial revolution period. When she jet washes a building she uncovers an orb which starts to build up strange energy, eventually discharging into Commander Ransom leaving him with god like powers.
