A Vulcan male, Sinar was a healer in the Kren’than village on Vulcan. He was a student of Sobon. In 2266 Sinar was assigned to as Dr. M'Benga's assistant when he brought T'Prynne to Sobon for treatment. Pennington would note that Sinar seemed to find the assignment distasteful. [1]
