Mother of Jono Rossa, Moira was a resident of the Federation colony on Galen IV when it was attacked by the Talarians in the 2350s. Moira was killed along with her husband Connor in the attack, leaving her orphaned son to be claimed by the Talarians. Moira's mother-in-law was Connaught Rossa, a Federation Starfleet officer who would go on to become an Admiral in the 2360s. [1]
