Koru was the Prelate of the Qomar Planetary Alliance when Voyager visited the planet in 2376. He atttended a musical performance held by Voyager's EMH when the ship visited his world, and was highly impressed by his singing. He was, hoever, distinctly unimpressed with the other musical selections offered. [1]
