A robot created by the Pralor, 3947 was discovered dirfting in space by Voyager in 2372. Chief Engineer B'Elanna Torres managed to reactivate the damaged unit despite the fact that it's power cell was of extremely complex design. The Pralor created 3947 and those like him to fight in a war against the Cravic, who had their own robotic army. When the two sides agreed a truce, the robots destroyed their builders so that they could continue the war. 3947 kidnapped Torres and attempted to force her to build more robots, but she was able to destroy her work and escape. [1]
