A member of the Think Tank, Kurros attempted to manipulate Seven of Nine into joining his group by paying Hazari bounty hunters to attack Voyager in 2375 and then offering Captain Janeway his services in resolving the problem. Janeway managed to evade the trap and left Kurros and his associates under attack from Hazari forces. [1]
