Trunn Voor was a male Lutani and part of the Metamorphosis Program. The program aimed to convert Jikaru into weapons for their war with the Kasar. [1]

In 2261 the first Jikaru was being transferred from Tychus B to to Lutani VII. The Jikaru was attacked by another member of the project, Doctor Gyud, damaging the neural dampener that acted as a control mechanism for the animal. When the Enterprise discovered that the Jikaru were a sentient life-form and being forced into being weapons Voor arrived to threaten and eventually plead with Captain Pike to not cancel the project. [1]
