Captain of the USS Odyssey, Keogh was considered to be a rather arrogant man by Dax. He led the mission to recover Commander Sisko when he was captured by the Jem'Hadar in 2370. The mission succeeded, but Captain Keogh was killed along with his crew when the Odyssey was destroyed by a Jem'Hadar attack. [1]
