Chief of security on the NX-01 in the Mirror universe, Reed was co-inventor of the Agony booth which would be a prominent feature of starships in that universe. When Archer staged a brief takeover of the ship in 2155, Reed supported him and suggested murdering the captured Forrest. The Captain regained control shortly afterwards and ordered that Reed should spend some time in his own invention.
