Tog attended a conference at the planet Betazed in 2366, where he met Lwaxana Troi at the closing ceremony. Tog was attracted to Lwaxana, and kidnapped her and Deanna from the planet. He returned the two to Captain Picard after he made an emphatic - and false - declaration of love for Lwaxana. [1]
