Former captain of the freighter Odin, Ramsey crashlanded on the planet Angel One after his ship was destroyed. He found the female-dominated planet initially to his liking, but came to resent the treatment of males and worked against the government with the help of Mistress Ariel. Ramsey was caught when the Enterprise-D visited the planet, and was almost executed. Mistress Beata relented at the last moment and exiled him instead. [1]
