Leclerc was a human male and worked as a police officer for the French police in the LaBare region. In 2024 he attended a call to the disused Picard chateau and discoverd the CSS La Sirena. He was then captured by the Borg Queen, who threatened to assimilate him. Luckily for Leclerc, Agnes Jurati discovered the situation and killed the Queen with a shotgun. [1] His wounds were healed and his memory wiped and he was released by the crew. [2]
