Leader of the survivors of the Scalosian people, Deela was an attractive woman but was rather self absorbed. She took over the Enterprise when it visited her home planet and tried to force Captain Kirk to become romantically involved with her. The attempt failed on both counts, though Kirk did admit that he was very tempted. [1]
