Ror'Queg was a Klingon male living on Cajitar IV in 2259. He was a former soldier of the empire and had subsequently joined the Broken Circle mining syndicate. [1]

He was was injured by ion radiation from an accidental photon torpedo detonation and was teated by Doctor M'Benga. Ror'Queg questioned his skill in treating Klingons and asked where he had done it before. M'Benga said that he was stationed on J'Gal. Ror'Queg didn't believe him until M'Benga recalled that the rain had turned to blood after the Battle on ChaKana. [1]
