The Enterprise encounters a Ferengi ship at the Xendi Sabu whose commander, Bok, presents Captain Picard with a gift - the USS Stargazer, which had been believed lost in 2355. The gift proves to be a ruse, part of a plot by Bok to kill Picard. The plot is foiled by the Enterprise-D crew. [1]
