Daughter to Legate Ghemor, during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor Iliana agreed to be modified so as to look like a Bajoran. She hoped to be able to penetrate the Bajoran terrorist movement for the Obsidian Order. Iliana went missing and was never recovered. In 2371 the Obsidian Order altered Major Kira to look like Iliana as part of a plot to expose her father's dissident views. [1]
