A Kobliad male, Fo Hachesa was a Starfleet officer and crewmember aboard the USS Titan. [1]
In 2381 Hachesa was the Gamma shift officer of the watch aboard the USS Titan. He was on duty when the ship detected a high power sensor beam emanate from the source of the energy bursts the vessel was monitoring. Fearing that it might be a Borg sensor, he ordered the shields raised. [1]
When Commander Vale and Tuvok visited New Erigol on the shuttlecraft Mance Hachesa became the acting first officer. [2] He continued in his post aboard the Titan throughout the Borg invasion of the Federation. [3]
Once the Borg crisis was over, Hachesa transferred off of the USS Titan. [4]
