A Human native of mid 20th century Earth, Kay Eaton was a writer of science fiction for Incredible Tales magazine. She was married to co-worker Julius Eaton, and the two often collaborated on stories. In order to hide her gender and marriage, she usually wrote under the pseudonym K.C. Eaton. Kay was impressed with Benny Russell's stories of a future space station commanded by a black man; she especially liked the character of Major Kira Nerys as she was a strong woman. [1]
