A visitor to Deep Space Nine, Croden was a wanted criminal on his home world in the Gamma Quadrant. He told Odo that he knew the origin of his people, and convinced the Constable to take him to a planet on the far side of the wormhole. In fact Croden was trying to rescue his daughter, Yareth, from the planet. Odo agreed to release Croden so that he could look after his child. [1]
