Commander Kiff was a male Klingon officer in the Klingon Imperial Fleet. He was one of three warlords under General Dak'Rah, all of whom were stationed on the moon of J'Gal during the Federation - Klingon war. He accepted the order that all people on the moon where enemies if they weren't Klingon warriors. This lead to a savage attach on the civilians at Colony Athos, located on the moon. [1]Federation special forces attempted to kill Dak'Rah and his subordinates but failed with heavy casualties. It was suspected that at this point that Doctor M'Benga attacked the leadership and killed Kiff. Although history records that General Dak'Rah was responsible. [1]
