Barjan T'Or was one of the V'tosh ka'tur, a Vulcan group who believed who valued emotion as well as logic. Often using criminal activity to further their cause. Barjan lead the uprising on on Kepler-22b, for which he was wanted by the El-Keshtanktil. [1]In 2359 he surrendered to T'Pring and K'Tyll. [1]
