A Human male Starfleet officer, Jeff Arton was a member of the Enterprise-D crew in 2367. He was romantically involved with Jenna D'Sora in that year. She ended the relationship because she felt that he was unwilling to set aside sufficient time for her, he never did 'the little things' in the relationship, was emotionally unresponsive, and made a disagreeable sound when he ate his soup. Jenna was subsequently tempted to rekindle their romance, and asked Lieutenant Commander Data to remind her of his flaws whenever she seemed about to do so. [1]
