Kraul was a Na'kuhl who worked for Vosk during the Temporal Cold War. He was part of the Na'kuhl contingent stranded on Earth in the 1940s, and worked to help Germany win World War II. Kraul interrogated Mayweather Tucker when they were captured, deciding that they were not temporal agents.
