A resident of New York in the mid 20th century Earth, in the alternate timeline created during the Temporal Cold War, Alicia was a member of the American resistance to Nazi occupation of North East America. She cared for Archer when he was rescued from the Nazis [1], and assisted him in foiling the schemes of Vosk and his faction in the temporal cold war. [2]
