Hon'Tihl

TimelineQuotes
Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Hon'Tihl [1]
Species : Klingons

A Klingon male, Hon'Tihl was the first officer of the Vor'cha-class attack cruiser IKS Toh'Kaht under Captain Tel'Peh in 2369. [1]

In that year Hon'Tihl was the sole survivor of the Toh'Kaht's crew after it conducted a bio-survey to the Gamma Quadrant. He oversaw the retrieval of energy spheres from the Saltah'na. The spheres acted as a telepathic archive, which caused the crew to gradually go insane. [1]

During the resulting power struggle, Hon'Tihl planted a thalmerite device near the reactor core. As the ship approached Deep Space 9, he beamed himself aboard the station with the energy spheres just as the device detonated, destroying the ship. He, died on the transporter pad moments later. [1]
