Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Ensign Ribiero [1]
Species : Humans

A human female Starfleet officer, Ribiero served on Starbase Vanguard during 2266. She was assigned to the station’s primary communications control centre. Her work included screening all communications to ensure that they did not violate station security protocols, most especially ensuring that civilian communications traffic complied with the protocols. She worked on the Gamma shift, from 23:00 to 07:00 hours. Ribiero testified at the court martial of Commodore Reyes, stating that he had come into the communications centre and asked her to go and take a break whilst he transmitted a sensitive message. [1]

Ribiero was Portugese, and spoke with a noticeable accent. [1]
