A mercenary, Ezri worked for both the Terran rebellion and the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. In 2375 she helped her lover Intendant Kira arrange for Quark and Rom to steal a Klingon cloaking device from our own universe in exchange for the freedom of Grand Nagus Zek, who had been captured by the Intendant whilst trying to open up a trade route with the mirror universe.
