One of the augmented embryos stolen by Arik Soong from Cold Station 12, Smike was born without most of the enhanced abilities his fellow Augments posessed - though he did have enhanced hearing. He was considered inferior by the other Augments was was abandoned on their planet when they escaped in a stolen Bird of prey. Smike agreed to help Captain Archer to track down the Augments, but was murdered by Malik during the raid on Cold Station 12. [1]
