A medical technician, Khouri worked for John Frederick Paxton on the project to create a Human/Vulcan hybrid child. She became emotionally attached to the child after it was born, and attempted to warn T'Pol of its existence. Before reaching T'Pol Khouri was shot with a phase pistol; she died of her wounds shortly afterwards. [1]
