A character who formed part of the memory simulation of the planet Kataan which Captain Picard experienced in 2368. Eline was Picard's wife in the simulation. The two had children and enjoyed a long life together until Eline's death. She re-appeared late in his life to explain the nature of the simulation to him. [1]
