A deputy investigator Naroq with Kesat security, Naroq was one of the very few who suspected the existence of the Ba'neth. He was able to prove his theories when he joined Voyager in investigating a Ba'Neth attack on Tuvok. Naroq agreed to surrender his detection equipment to the Ba'Neth in return for their help in repairing Tuvok's injuries. [1]
