A brilliant young woman, Rogers travelled aboard the Enterprise-D in 2369. She was disturbed to find herself developing significant mental abilities in the months prior to the visit, including telekinesis and the power of creation. Q boarded the ship and revealed that Amanda's parents had been members of the continuum who had been living in Human form.
