A Starfleet officer, Parsons was a member of the USS Lovell's crew in 2266. Whilst the ship was supporting the New Boulder colony on Gamma Tauri IV, Ensign O'Halloran agreed to take a shift for Parsons. Ensign Anderson thought this was because O'Halloran had a romantic interest in Parsons. [1]
