Stutzman was a Human male Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Endeavour in 2265. He was aboard the USS Bombay during that year, catching a ride to the colony on Talagos Prime to rejoin his ship there. Unfortunately he was killed when the Bombay was lost in battle with a Tholian fleet in orbit of Ravanar IV. [1]
