Yes, Janeway's Worst Command Decisions
I'm almost hesitant to put this up... But for completeness of the polls, it must be addressed.
Have at it, folks.

Jesus, where do we even start?
I'm just gonna go with destroying the Caretaker's Array in the very first episode. If they had just gone home - like the PD told them to - then none of her other fuckups would ever have happened.

Going after Chakotays son in Basics.
If losing ones ship is worthy of a court martial, is losing a ship to an enemy not also sufficient cause for one? Even if the ship is retaken, the destructive capabilities of just one Federation ship suggests in my view it should never fall into the hands of the enemy - even if the crew has to fight to the last man.

Can I nominate not shoving Neelix out of an airlock?
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Re: Yes, Janeway's Worst Command Decisions
Just about every third minor decision, and half the major ones seemed designed to screw with her crew, random aliens, or just get herself and everyone around her killed for no good reason.

Killing Tuvix. Never before have I seen a Captain engage in the deliberate, calculated, cold blooded murder of a helpless victim.
