Mob shoot-out

After just arriving home from seeing Public Enemies, I've got a strong urge to see people gunned down with Tommy Guns, shotguns and BARs. So I thought I'd make a game out of it.

Basicaly, one side plays a bunch of 1930's era mobsters holed up inside a safehouse. The other side plays an opposing gang with a grudge who wants to kill as many of the other team as possible. I'm thinking 4 characters per team, perhaps with one person controling more than one character if necessary.

Both sides will have the option to purchase different pieces of weaponary and equipment for use in combat, and to upgrade their character's stats prior to the battle.

So, anyone in?

Molotov Cocktails (not technicaly a gun, but meh)*

Anything with an asterisk can be dual-wielded, and you can feel free to buy as many guns as you can afford.

Depends. I've got to work out stats for the guns, then price them relative to how powerful/useful they are.
Then there's other stuff I want to throw in, various bits of equipment, armour, and the ability to spend money to up your character's stats.

Right. For now it looks like we've got five players.

I'm thinking four characters per team. With a few players randomly chosen to control two characters. Unless anyone else joins up, of course.

Count me in. I love the Thompson. Of all the summachine guns I've had the privilage to fire, the "Tommy Gun" is my favorite. It's a "ballsy" weapon, especially if it's properly loaded with a drum and not a mag.

Each of these stats can be upgraded by +1 (or +2 in the case of Wounds) for the cost of $50.
So, let me know what you want to buy or upgrade. Remember: purchased guns only come with 1 clip for free, so you'll need ammo too if you don't want to be reduced to clubbing a guy to death with your brand new BAR.
